Digital Art Therapy Sibling Support Group

Creative art support group for brothers and sisters of children with special needs

Are your children experiencing challenges being the brother or sister of someone with special needs? Your children may be experiencing stress like:

Do they like playing on the computer or making things on the computer? There is a new and innovative way to help your child express feelings about these issues within a safe group of 6 members face-to-face for 4 weeks. Digital Art Therapy uses computer graphic software, stock photos and drawing software to highlight issues through art where they can be addressed. Kids can make digital expressions in photo collages, digital paintings, music videos and animations to express their feelings and explore their situations. This art allows your child to express feelings, solve problems and change thinking patterns. With this artwork we explore the joys and challenges of living as a sibling of someone with special needs.
